Two adults that live in the same house

Single: $613 + $150 capital improvement fee + tax

Any individual, not enrolled in college

Junior: $165 + tax

Enrolled in college and between the ages of 18-22

Junior High/High School: $75 + tax

Enrolled in school and between the ages of 14-18

​

Distant: $206 + $150 capital improvement fee + tax

Any individual who lives 50+ miles from Conrad, Iowa

Associate: $206 + $150 capital improvement fee + tax

Any individual who is a full member at another course that is registered with

the Iowa Golf Association and must present receipt of membership

Social/Local: $100 + tax

A club membership subject to green fees

Cart and Cart Shed Fees

• Shed Rental: $200/year + tax (If spaces are available,1 cart stall rental per paid Family, Couple or Single Membership only)

• Annual cart rental, unlimited use, excluding tournaments or special events: $450/year + tax

** Dues paid in full are due by March 31. If enrolled in monthly payment plan, entire membership needs to be paid in full by Dec 31.
